Area: 99 m2. Project for family with a child
The brief was to turn the non-standard geometry of a loft apartment into a strong design feature. Bevelled walls can limit planning in a typical interior, so we approached them as an architectural advantage rather than a constraint.
We used custom planning, built-in solutions, and carefully selected finishes to make the space functional, comfortable, and visually interesting. The result is a contemporary loft apartment interior for Marbella and the Costa del Sol — practical, distinctive, and shaped around the character of the property.
