The brief was to preserve the character of an apartment located in an old building while adapting it for modern living. The existing layout, proportions, and architectural details gave the project a quality that is difficult to recreate in a new development.

We treated these features as the main value of the space and built the interior around them — with careful planning, restrained materials, and a calm visual language. The result is a contemporary apartment interior for Marbella and the Costa del Sol that respects the building’s history while making the home comfortable and functional today.
